Jennica Garcia took to Instagram and shared the types of foods that she would normally eat, especially during payday.
There is just one catch though, they are high in cholesterol. Hence, the actress said that now is the time for her to start eating vegetables.
She also enumerated the high cholesterol foods that she would often eat whenever she would receive her salary.
These include ox brain, bone marrow, shrimp and buttered crabs.
She is also about to embark on a fitness journey where she is planning to exercise, not to get thin, considering that she already is, but to be healthier for her kids.
"I should, however, eat more vegetables because I binge on food that is high in cholesterol lalo pag sweldo. HAHA! Ox brain, bone marrow, proben, buttered crabs and shrimp. Yan mga paborito kong pagkain. Kailangan talaga mag exercise kahit po payat not for weight loss but to live longer at makasabay sa mga physical activities ng ating mga anak."
