In the caption, KC penned her Father’s Day greeting for the veteran actor.

“My first love. My first heartbreak.”
She then added, “And yet, one of my best friends!!! I love you... Happy Father’s Day!”

KC Concepcion is a well-known actress, endorser, businesswoman and vlogger in the Philippines. She is the daughter of celebrities, Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion. The actress also used to date actor Piolo Pascual and music artist Rico Blanco.
