Dennis Trillo has a practical solution for those who have a hard time moving on after a breakup or separation and that is to simply forget the past and look for another one.

The actor said that while it is true some people find it hard to forget the past, they have no choice but to do it.
He explained that remembering or reminiscing about the past would only bring the pain and he or she would continue hurting for a long time.
“Kung binabalik-balikan lang niya ‘yung mga masasakit na alaala na ‘yun, walang mangyayari sa kanya,” Dennis said.
The actor said that the best course of action under the circumstance is to forget old memories and look for a new partner to create new memories with.
“Kalimutan na niya ‘yung mga lumang memories na ‘yun at gumawa siya ng mga bago,” the actor advised.
Dennis has been in several relationships before but since 2015 up to now, he has been in a romantic relationship with Jennylyn Mercado.
