Just recently, a condo owner named Theresa Grenard sought the help of Rafy Tulfo’s radio program and complained against the actress.
According to Theresa, Alma did not settle her rent payment and her electricity consumption when she stayed in the condo unit.
“Grabe talaga ang impact ng magsumbong ka kay Raffy Tulfo, Salve. Kaya dapat lang talaga bago isalang ang anuman issue, research na mabuti ng staff ni Raffy Tulfo. Kasi nga, mabalita lang na nagsumbong ka sa programa nito, big news na agad. Kaya dapat talaga, iyon isasalang na sumbong, imbestigahang mabuti. Like halimbawa iyon kay Alma Moreno, sana pumayag ito na makausap para ma clear kung ano talaga ang nangyari sa renta ng condo na ginamit nito,” said Lolit.

According to the entertainment columnist, it would be better if Alma gave her side of the story.
“Dahil nga hindi nagsalita si Alma, siyempre iyon side lang ng complainant ang nabigay. Sana nagsalita si Alma kay Raffy Tulfo para ayos agad ang latag ng problema.”
