“I think the way that I coped up with it was through rebellion. Talagang I was such a rebellious kid growing up. Teenage years ko I wasn't taking my artista life seriously. I was really partying almost every single night. As in self-destructive talaga. Why? To numb the pain.”

Michelle clarified though she was never an alcoholic she used to drink more just so she wouldn't feel the pain.

“I guess dealing with that growing up with no outlet, I was really lost. And I think at some point I was depressed I was always always drinking. I was never an alcoholic but every single night kahit pagod ako from work I would just drink because I don't wanna feel that pain.”
