During the said vlog, KC shared a video clip of her stepsisters Sam and Savannah surprising her with their birthday gifts.
In the video, Sam and Savannah could be seen giving KC a birthday drawing and message which instantly made the actress cry, "I'm crying now."
"I can only hope to be the best big sister to you," KC said, wiping away her tears after reading the birthday letter she received from her stepsisters.
