Bea Alonzo has been keeping herself fit and healthy. In an Instagram post, she shared a photo of herself doing a plank.

She then captioned it with an inspirational message, which encourages women to simply start working out.
She recognized that at the start working out does not quite feel good. However, she said that the moment the endorphins start kicking in, then one would be happy that she or he did.
"I tried to do a little workout today, and it felt good! Well, to be honest, workouts never feel good at first, but when the endorphins kick in, you’d be glad that you decided to do it in the first place.
