Heart Evangelista recently took to social media to gush about waking up very happy one day.
In her post on Instagram Stories, Heart said she haven’t felt that kind of happiness for a very long time.

“Gosh, woke up so, so happy today! Haven’t felt this way in a long time,” Heart said.
She then went on to share how she was able to achieve such happiness.
“You know what I did? For the first major time — lifted all my worries to God — like totally (anxiety, stress, worries and fears – total surrender) zero over thinking about what’s next and today I woke up like a new person,” Heart revealed.
She also said that she achieved it without the help of any medication, just a single, “major prayer.”
Heart then advised her followers to follow what she did and surrender all their troubles to God, whatever they may be.
“Whatever is it your facing (believe me iba iba tayo ng problems pero same tama lang sa puso) lift it up and YOU WIL BE OK,” Heart said.

A couple of days ago, Heart admitted on social media that she suffers from a “major anxiety.” According to the actress's online post, it “sucks” being hit by a “major anxiety.” She then went on to share how her anxiety has been reduced to a certain percentage.
More recently, Heart put a netizen in her place when the latter criticized the makeup of the actress. The netizen commented on Heart’s post of her photo eating a chicken that she could have had a better makeup. In a very classy reply, Heart told the netizen that she actually loved the way her makeup was done. The actress also told the netizen not to do the same kind of makeup if she doesn’t like it.
