Derek Ramsay has just posted a hilarious video on his Instagram page where he pranked his fiancée, Ellen Adarna.

In the video, Derek can be seen hiding himself under a blanket while waiting for Ellen to enter the room.
The actress then screeched out of fright and immediately slapped Derek while getting inside the room.
“Sorry na @maria.elena.adarna,” the actor wrote in the caption.
