Heart Evangelista has long been vocal about her mental health and her anxiety in her previous interviews.
Just recently, KAMI learned that the 36-year-old actress-entrepreneur shared she "got hit by major anxiety."
According to Heart, getting hit by one really "sucks." However, the actress also revealed that her anxiety has been reduced to a certain percentage because of perfume.

She then went on to share a picture of several perfume bottles she owns from the brand, Kayali, which means 'my imagination' in Arabic.
"Smells so good," Heart wrote in the picture. The actress eventually posted an update about her anxiety and how it made her "feel better."
"Yup. That perfume made me feel 35% better," she wrote.
