On their social media pages, celebrities like Ai-Ai delas Alas, Ogie Alcasid, Rita Avila, Ogie Diaz, and Derek Ramsay expressed grief over Ricky’s passing.
“One of my REAL FRIEND in the INDUSTRY ... pahinga ka na friend. Rest in peace .. salamat sa ating pagkakaibigang punong puno ng respeto sa isat isa .. sobrang nalungkot ako nabawasan na naman kaibigan ko ...bihira pa naman makakita ng totoong kaibigan sa mundong kinagagalawan naten .. hayzz,” AiAi delas Alas penned on Instagram.
“i last saw you on the zoom interview for our Kilabitos concert. Yun na pala ang huli. Salamat sa lahat ng naitulong mo sa amin tito Ricky. The whole industry will miss you. Rest in peace dear friend,” Ogie Alcasid posted.
