Doug Kramer is one proud dad of Scarlett who has learned the Ilocano language.
The father took to Instagram and posted a video of Scarlett speaking the language.
There were certain expressions that the girl is already very fluent at.
Her father even teased her about the "hmm," which she kept on adding to her words.
“If you're a mommy and one of your kids trip or fall, minor lang ha. In English, you say it as, “Good for you, you're hard-headed.”
According to Scarlett, you say it as, “Gunggunam! Nag tangkun gamin ulum!”

Chesca Garcia revealed some tips on how to keep a marriage happy. She shared the importance of spoiling each other since it works both ways. The former actress also disclosed the importance of dating even in marriage to get to know each other more. For her, this is an obligation done out of love and devotion to the spouse.
