On her Instagram Stories, the “Eat Bulaga” host posted a video taken after her Pilates workout. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements, according to Mayoclinic.org.
In the said clip, Pauleen can be seen showing her abs while filming herself through a huge mirror.

“Happy weekend, everybody! Done with my Pilates session. Come on abs, come through, come through,” Pauleen said in the video.
“Bawas cake," she hilariously added.
