Jessy Mendiola absolutely looked gorgeous during her civil wedding to actor Luis Manzano. The actress wore a classic and timeless white, square-necked dress for her special day.
Jessy has decided to share how her wedding dress was created in her most recent vlog on her YouTube channel which aired on April 15, 2021.
As shown on the vlog, her dress was designed by Patricia Santos, whom Jessy had always collaborated with since 2013. The two shared the creative process of how they decided on the design for the wedding dress.

The dress that Jessy wore during the fitting on the video was different from the one she wore during the wedding. The unfinished dress she tried on had a high neck with a peekaboo back and a flowy chiffon skirt. Whereas the one she wore for the wedding has a square neck with a moderately low back and a pleated skirt.
According to Jessy one of the most important things when it comes to designing a dress is making sure the shape of the dress is flattering to one's figure. She also mentioned that the one thing she would not skimp on would have to be her wedding dress saying, "Ikaw and bida ng event na 'to."
