- According to JM, he could not type and reply to his handler so he sent her a video instead
- The actor then went on to write what panic attacks were to inform the public about it

JM De Guzman has recently suffered from a mild panic attack which he revealed online.
On Friday, April 16, KAMI learned that the 32-year-old actor uploaded a 5-second-clip of himself having a panic attack on social media.
In his online post, JM aimed to raise awareness over the incident and also posted the said video as a reminder.

"So I had a mild panic attack during our promo this afternoon. Was having fun, tapos bigla na lang umatake.
"My handler @starmagic_portia asked me kamusta ako and I can't type so I sent her this video. Thank God dumaan lang ng mabilis and it's been more than a month since the last attack."
JM then went on to write what panic attacks were to raise awareness.
"#SpreadAwareness A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause.
"Panic attacks can be very frightening. When panic attacks occur, you might think you're losing control, having a heart attack or even dying. #IfYouhaveThisRememberYoullBeOK."
