Albie Casiño received a degree of bashing from a netizen after he posted his sentiments against the ECQ, and also congratulated those who voted in 2016, saying sarcastically that hopefully, they are happy now.
He then advised to vote wisely in 2022.

One basher then commented and told Albie: "Thank God hindi ikaw ang naging father ni ellie."
Albie replied simply: "I know I’m thankful for that too."
