Bea Alonzo published a beautiful post that consisted of a sunset by the sea and captioned it with her reflections and wishes for everyone.

The actress then narrated this is the second Palm Sunday of her family spent just being inside their home.

Instead of sulking at not being able to do anything, Bea chose to reflect on life and wrote her thoughts online.

She indicated in her post that she understands how difficult the situation is today. Bea also talked about the current health crisis and revealed that she’s got loved ones and friends struck down by the ailment.

“Recently, I’ve had close friends and loved ones infected by covid; I’d talk to them almost every day, as if holding their hands on this journey, only virtually,” Bea wrote.

She also said that she knows the virus is scary, but the scarier thing is the realization that life is short.

“I mean, I knew this virus is scary, but I’ve never been slapped in the face by the fact that everything in life is fleeting and life is indeed short,” the actress said in her post.

Bea then exhorted everyone to find time to let their loved ones know they love them. “So, if you can, hug your loved ones now and tell them that you love them,” she said.

The actress also reminded everyone never to underestimate the power of prayer, adding that faith should be an armor in these difficult times.

“We’ll never go back to this moment, live it, learn from it, make the best of it. Stay safe everyone,” the actress concluded in her post.
