KAMI learned that Donnalyn worked with Influence Us Philippines to plant over 1,000 bamboo trees in Rizal.

The popular vlogger performed the great deed last March 21 – the International Day of Forests.

Planting more than 1,000 trees was tough work but it was worth it for Donnalyn because of her concern for the environment and her fellowmen.

“This International Day of Forests, we, @Influence_Us.ph successfully donated and planted 1,000+ native bamboo trees in Rizal. This will help people be in less danger from flooding, preventing erosion, landslides- damages a flood could bring.

“I feel like people have forgotten what happened to us just months ago with Typhoon Ulysses. I didn’t. I will not," Donnalyn wrote.
