Vicki Belo has been moved to tears because of Ivana Alawi's viral 'prank on strangers' vlog uploaded last week.
KAMI learned that the celebrity dermatologist took to social media to express her admiration for the 24-year-old actress.
It can be worth noting that Ivana previously made headlines when her prank made her cry hard due to the kindness of the strangers she met.

In Vicki's online post, the doctor began by asking her followers if they already saw Ivana's vlog, "Have you seen @ivanaalawi s new vlog pranking random people?"
Vicki then went on to share that it is "the most inspiring thing" she has ever seen in such a long time and that it made her cry and laugh, "I couldn’t stop laughing and crying at the same time."
At the end of her post, the celebrity mom thanked Ivana for inspiring her to help even more.
