Tessie Tomas confirmed on ABS-CBN News that her mother, veteran actress Laura Hermosa, passed away on March 16 at the age of 92. Tessie’s mother died due to severe kidney disease.
Laura’s wake will be held for three days at the Arlington Memorial Chapels, Quezon City, starting today. On Saturday, the funeral will be held at the Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina City.
According to PEP.ph, Laura is best known for her role as Vilma Santos’s mother in the 1983 movie “Broken Marriage”.
