After recovering from her initial shock, the comedienne answered in the positive. “Puwede naman, magkano ba?” Ethel jokingly asked.

Bea then told the viewers they were witness to what Ethel answered. “O, guys alam n’yo na kapag hindi pa ako mabuntis o mag-asawa sa lalong madaling panahon, papa-surrogate na ako,” the Kapamilya star said.

The comedienne again asked the actress how much she is willing to pay, to which Bea answered that to her knowledge, the owner of the egg cells would shoulder all expenses relating to the surrogacy.

However, the star of the upcoming film “A Moment to Remember” opined that such thing might not yet be legal in the country. “Pero hindi pa legal dito sa Philippines ‘yun, sa ibang bansa lang,” Bea explained.

Ethel replied that it still might be possible as she knows a lot of people who underwent the same procedure.
