Sarah Geronimo recently caught her followers’ attention due to her recent photo where she captioned an interesting hashtag.

On her Instagram page, the singer-actress posted a picture of her beaming while donning some braces.
Although Sarah did not disclose why it took her long to finally decide to wear one, Sarah still seemed so delighted as it was a “dream come true” for her.
“Thank you Doc Gan #GAOC for the dental care! #angpangarapkongbraces,” Sarah wrote in the caption.
