Rappler also claimed that DJ Chacha was receiving P30,000 per month from Twinmark since 2017. According to the report, Twinmark handed over its payments to the Vidanes Celebrity Marketing (VCM), the artist management agency where the radio celebrity belonged. The founder of VCM, Elizabeth Vidanes, confirmed receiving payment from the digital marketing firm.

Vidanes, however, said it was never their intention to get involved in the publication of any “questionable government propaganda.” She also revealed they ended the deal when the posts that asked to be shared were no longer in line with the image of DJ Chacha.

Upon learning about the Rappler article, DJ Chacha strongly denied posting anything against the opposition or supported the current administration.

“Hanap kayo resibo na may shinare ako na post or tweet ng paninira sa oposisyon o pagsuporta sa administrasyon. HANAP. Isa isahin niyo,” the radio anchor said.

She also lamented the fact that Rappler published a news item with her name on it yet did not present any evidence that she posted or published any propaganda article.
