Ice Seguerra took to social media to open up about his most recent anxiety attack.
On his Instagram page, the singer described his latest anxiety attack as “really bad”.
Thankfully, Ice has now recovered from the said anxiety episode.
“Just recovered from a really bad anxiety attack. 3 days din akong hindi makagalaw. “
He likewise expressed his gratitude to the “best medicine” he had which was his wife, Liza Diño.
“But I have the best medicine right here. Thank you, love.”

Ice Seguerra, or Cariza Yamson Seguerra in real life, is a Filipino actor, singer-songwriter and guitarist. He is also a proud member of the LGBTQA+ community and the spouse of Liza Diño.
He first gained popularity when he joined the "Little Miss Philippines" contest of Eat Bulaga.
Last year, Ice gave an update about his mental health condition. He said that the increased awareness on mental health issues helped him cope with his condition. The actor also admitted taking medicine to help him fight his depression.
Previously, Ice made a lot of netizens emotional after he posted a video showing his family’s priceless moment with his father, Decoroso Seguerra, who passed away on November 15, 2020. His father can be seen in the video singing the Filipino lullaby “Sa Ugoy ng Duyan” with Ice and his mother Caridad Yamson-Seguerra.
