Star Cinema revealed on Thursday via an Instagram post that the film has indeed made it big on the first day.

According to ABS-CBN, the film ranks third from Star Cinema’s production list this year who reached the P13 million mark. It follows "Everything About Her" (P15 million) and "Just the 3 of Us" (P16 million).

The romantic-drama movie, which was Graded B by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB) and Rated PG by Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB), was shown in over 180 cinemas nationwide, receiving mixed reviews from moviegoers.

The film, directed by Gino Santos, talks about a modern love story shared between three individuals: JC, Janine, and Christy. It aims to inculcate the possibility of love bringing societal statuses, including age, status, and other aspects of life. The movie, as a whole, revolves around JC’s relationship between Janine, a conflicted young woman, and Christy, a woman who is on the verge of a renaissance.

According to Coleen, her character in the film (Janine) represents the modern-day youth. “She’s a millennial. She’s 25 years old and she’s very now. Like she’s very much representative of what the youth is like today. She’s very youthful,” she said.

Janine works in the fashion industry as a freelance blogger. She plays as the third wheel to Christy (Dawn) and JC’s (Piolo) love story.

Coleen further revealed that she very much relates to the character, not in terms of becoming involved in a love triangle, but in terms of figuring out how things go in life.

I think I can relate in a way because she’s my age and a lot of my friends also at this age are kind of lost, kind of still trying to figure out who they are. She’s on that journey trying to figure out who she is and who she wants to be,” she said.

On the other hand, Piolo is thankful that the movie has reached such figure. "Sarap ng experience pag alam mong na-appreciate ang ginagawa mo eh (It feels good to know that your film is being appreciated)," Pascual said during his interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda".
