Mariel Padilla took to Instagram to defend her husband from what she called baseless rumors.
In her post, she emphasized that Robin is still grieving, is in so much pain because his brother passed away.

She said that he does not even know about the rumor and that she is putting a stop to it.
The rumor, which Mariel reacted to and laughed off with three emojis was that allegedly former PCOO Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson is pregnant and that the alleged father is her husband, Robin Padilla, who is also a known Duterte supporter.
"So many people are sending me messages... “checking” on me. People are tagging me bla bla bla... let me tell you this. ROBIN’S BROTHER PASSED AWAY. He is grieving. He has never been in so much pain all his life. He doesn’t need your baseless gossip. Namatayan ng kapatid yung asawa ko. Please lang po. He doesn’t even know anything about all this rumor but i am putting a stop to this NOW. May oras para maging *$$hólé$ now is not that time. Please."
