Sam Pinto, Gwen Zamora, and brothers Antony and David Semerad, mourned over the death of former NCAA MVP Sudan Daniel.

The two actresses and their partners, the Semerad brothers have posted an identical emotional message about the basketball player’s demise on their respective Instagram accounts.
Sudan was described as a wonderful person — not just a friend to them, but also as a brother, father, and son. According to his friends, he was able to touch lives when he was still alive.
“Our beloved Sudan Daniel has sadly passed on December 26, 2020. Sudan was a wonderful brother, father, son and friend who touched the lives of those around him.
Their message emphasized how Sudan committed his life to the sport he loved, which was basketball, and how he was able to help others, on and off the court, in reaching a better version of themselves.
“Sudan dedicated his life to basketball, in helping people become the best version of themselves and reach their full potential on and off the court.
They also stated how they are devastated by the death of their friend, and asked for prayers for him and the family he left behind.

Each of them just added a slight personal touch on their posts, which are accompanied by Sudan’s photos.
Sudan was able to celebrate Christmas with the Semerads in Calatagan, Batangas.
However, the San Beda Red Lions player suffered an asthma attack on December 26, Saturday. The Semerad twins brought him to Calatagan Medicare Hospital, but sadly, he was declared dead on arrival.
Currently, the Semerads are still taking care of Sudan’s welfare. David has started fundraising for his funeral services. His ashes will be flown to the United States, per his mother’s request.
The brotherhood among Sudan, Anthony, and David started during their Mendiola days when Sudan led the Red Lions in the NCAA Season 86 championship in 2010.
