President Rodrigo Duterte has finally spoken up regarding the much-talked-about incident in Paniqui, Tarlac that involved a police officer.
KAMI learned that the country’s chief executive was informed about the shooting incident in the said province which became the talk of the town online on Monday.
Through a televised address to the nation, the Davaoeño politician dubbed Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca as a person who is already crazy.
He also emphasized that he will protect policemen who do their jobs the right way. Otherwise, he said that they will never go unpunished.
“Isa lang itong klase ng pulis na ‘to. May sakit sa utak. Topak! Diba sinabi ko you do it right, I’m with you. You do it wrong, there will be a hell to pay,” he quipped.
“You do not follow the law, mag-salvage ka, mag-patay ka, then I’m sorry. That is not part of our agreement on how we should do our work,” he added.
Rodrigo Duterte is the current chief executive of the Republic of the Philippines. He has promised to protect the armed forces, that is why the majority of police-related crimes since 2016 are being linked to him.
Just recently, a photo of him where he was seen watching a video of the brutal incident in Tarlac has gone viral on social media. The picture was shared by Senator Bong Go.
The said politician also gave his approval to the Department of Education to conduct a dry run of face-to-face classes in low-risk areas starting January.
