The Provincial Prosecutor of Tarlac issued a resolution indicating that a “probable cause” to indict Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca for 2 counts of murder has been found.
KAMI learned that the resolution was filed after the said policeman shot two unarmed civilians over “right of way” issue and the use of an improvised cannon.

The incident has immediately become the trending topic on social media especially after a video of it was uploaded online.
Philstar.com posted on its official Facebook page a copy of the resolution that said the probable cause was found based on the submitted affidavits and evidence.
GMA News and Inquirer.net also published a report regarding the recent development of the incident involving a police official.
“Based on affidavits and supporting documents and evidence submitted, there is probable cause to charge the respondent for two counts of murder,” the resolution read.
“Let the corresponding information be filed in court,” it added.

The shooting incident in Tarlac involving a policeman and 2 unarmed civilians is currently the talk of the town in the online world. Many people are hoping that justice will be served for the victims and their family.
