Bulacan Cops Open Fire on Teens By Mistake

After suspecting a vehicle to carry drug dealers, five Bulacan police officers open fired, not knowing that only innocent teenagers were on board.

As reported in GMA News, one of the teenagers claimed that they were only ghost hunting at a San Miguel cemetery when a white car cut them off and began shooting. He also said that the vehicle seemed to be waiting for them.

The teenager said: "Noong malapit na po kami, bumaba na po yung limang lalaki. Tapos pinagbabaril po kami."

Conversely, the teenagers also didn't know that it was the police that shot at them. So they drove away to go to the police station. None of them were injured.

Following the wrongful encounter, the officers have been relived from duty to face charges of multiple homicide and  damage to property.
