Angel Locsin, Nadine Lustre and James Reid are making rounds on social media after they took part in the filming of ABS-CBN’s Christmas station ID 2020.
KAMI learned that their photos during the taping of the station ID went viral after ABS-CBN creative manager Kathrina Sanchez uploaded it on Twitter.
In the photos, the Kapamilya stars can be seen donning the official “Ikaw ang Liwanag at Ligaya” shirt.

ABS-CBN is one of the leading broadcast networks in the Philippines. Its 25-year franchise expired on May 4 this year and the Committee on Legislative Franchises of the House of Representatives rejected its bid to secure another franchise.
On July 10, the House of Representatives announced the result of the voting on the fate of ABS-CBN. It was revealed that the Committee on Legislative Franchise officially denied the network another 25-year franchise.
Just recently, its rival network, GMA 7, has released its Christmas station ID for 2020 which turned its viewers emotional and optimistic amid the current crisis. The trending music video features Kapuso personalities and clips showing Filipino’s spirit of “bayanihan”. Many netizens then praised the station ID for exhibiting hope despite challenges that came all throughout the year.
