Robin Padilla took to social media to send a letter to Vice President Leni Robredo amid her controversy with President Rodrigo Duterte.
KAMI learned that Padilla reacted to the news about Robredo implying that Duterte is being thin-skinned when it comes to the criticisms of Filipinos towards his administration’s response to Typhoon Ulysses.
According to Padilla, it is okay to criticize the government but it is wrong to spread lies about anybody.
He also compared the death toll of Typhoon Ulysses to the death toll of the past strong typhoons that happened during the administration of former President Noynoy Aquino.
Furthermore, the action star told Robredo that giving relief goods is not enough to help the victims of the Typhoon.
Finally, Padilla said that a lot of the problems in the Philippines would be solved by changing the form of government into federalism.
Crticism is different from black propaganda.
