During an episode of Taste Buddies last November 14, Solenn gave tips on how to maintain one's fitness.

She advised making one's dinner at 6:00 p.m., which means that one would not be eating any more after that.

She also said that drinking one glass of water before eating is another technique.

Solenn also confessed that she follows intermittent fasting. She would normally skip breakfast but would eat lunch and dinner.

She added that although a person would reduce food intake, working out is still very important to stay healthy.
