It has already caused severe flooding in Luzon, specifically in Marikina where water levels have already started covering the ground floor, leaving many families to seek shelter on higher ground.

Some who were not able to evacuate early were led to climbing the roofs of homes.

Fortunately, soldiers were around to make rescue efforts and captured the heroic moment in a video.

It could be seen that strong winds and rising floodwaters were among the things that the rescue team had to contend with and yet, they faced them head-on.
