Newly-crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo has gotten herself in some controversy after fellow beauty queen, Sandra Lemonon, made cryptic posts on her social media account.
Another beauty queen who also slammed the competition was Michelle Gumabao, the sister of actor Marco Gumabao.
Other candidates, expressed support for her and even previously crowned queens also stated their support for her.
Now, amid all the controversy, The Queens of the Philippines' Facebook page posted her old high school yearbook photo surfaced. It showed notable achievements of Rabiya.
It also showed how she was perceived in high school.

Social media has been sent ablaze due to the issues concerning the candidates in the recently concluded pageant. One of those that initiated the issue was Sandra Lemonon, the Taguig representative.

The 2nd placer, Michele Gumabao, also did not finish watching the watch party because she said that she could not handle the questions regarding the pageant. Her brother, actor Marco Gumabao, also gave a statement regarding not to be bitter even if the decision is something not agreeable.
