According to Formoso, when he brought his wife to the hospital, he immediately felt discrimination when he mentioned his wife had a cough and a fever, "Dinala ko siya sa Delgado kasi OB hospital siya.
"Pag dating namin dun ramdam ko yung descrimination samin iwas na iwas sila samin pag ka sabi pa lang namin na may lagnat siya for few days na and may ubo. Pinapasok kami sa separate building na sarado for the test.
"Ako lang kasama nang wife ko, after several test it turns out na may pneumonia na siya, nag tatanong ako kung pwede na admit yung wife ko hindi daw kasi sabi nila wala daw vacant home treatment na lang daw muna while waiting for the swab result."
Formoso revealed that he paid Php 16,000 for the testing before they were sent home, "I paid 16K for that tas pina uwi kami and they gave several antibiotics na reseta to treat her pneumonia.
"Even yung OB na nag check sa kanya iwas na iwas halos di ko narinig yung heart beat nung baby tas nakita ko sa resibo 3K na yung charge para dun which is walang pang 5 minutes."
On Saturday, Formoso shared that his wife tested positive for the virus but no hospital could accommodate them.
However, when they were referred to go to QCGH, Formoso revealed that there was no doctor that immediately attended to them.
Formoso also included in his post that the numbers the Department of Health are providing are a hoax, "DOH numbers are hoax, I believe that they already lost track sa number of cases and deaths pinapalabas nila na okay ang lahat pero hindi God bless our country!"
He ended his post with a short message for his late wife, "To my wife Hon mahal na mahal kita di ko na alam gagawin ko hindi ko alam bakit nangyari to, I'll be seeing you soon!"

He also wrote in a separate post, "It's been 11 days since I lost my wife and daughter due to covid she is 6 months pregnant for our first baby we've been together for 8 years, we just got married last June everything seems to be going well this year until this happened! The pain is killing me everyday, I've lost my purpose in life she is the one who always motivates me to do best with everything, I've worked hard to make sure that I can provide everything that they need but all of this is nothing without them! God knows I love them more than everything!
"I'm not sure if I can survive this, no one understands the pain that ive been going through everyday! Life is hard!"
