The mother of Reina Mae Nasino aired strong words against Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) spokesperson Celine Pialago over her “drama serye” remark.
KAMI learned that the said government official made headlines recently after she stated that those who favor the political detainee must know the person they are supporting.
Tigilan niyo!" she added.
Although Pialago already apologized to all grieving mothers who found her statement insensitive, Nasino’s mom still aired her reaction about what she said.
She told the government official to not discourage the supporters of her daughter. She also pointed out that what is happening now is not a “drama-serye.”
Una sa lahat, ang opinyon mong yan, hindi ka nakakatulong sa pamilya ko,” she said in a video uploaded by News5.
“Anak, babae tayo pareho. Hindi drama ‘to. Nasa katotohanan tayo…” she added.
