The college student, Lindsey Javier, who complained against the councilor finally showed herself. The councilor, Hon. Jen Gandia Garcia or Urdaneta, Pangasinan also agreed to air her side and spoke up.
Lindsey presented her own evidence, showing the messages that the councilor posted.
Councilor Garcia said that she has been the one supporting her husband for a long time and that Paul is working for her family's company.
As for Paul, he said that before him, the councilor already had a relationship with two other guys and that that the councilor's parents are treating him well due to the alleged wrongdoings of their daughter.

There was another separate complainant against the councilor, wherein the woman alleged that the councilor ordered 30 pairs of shoes from her worth P10,500 and that she put her name on the shoes.
