Vice Ganda admits feeling hurt when people tell him "mukha kang kabayo"

- Vice Ganda admitted that he also would get hurt whenever people would make insensitive comments that he looks like a horse

- He called the comments as minor and that he got hurt because he did not accept the comments initially

- Eventually, he learned to accept them, and struck on an idea that he must use it to his advantage, thus, he became known as Vice Kabayo when he was still working at comedy bars

- It was also revealed that in 1999, Vice already appeared in Judy Ann Drama Special

Vice Ganda made a confession during Jaya's online show, CSTV Presents Straight Talk on September 20.

He tackled the issue of him getting called kabayo when he was still starting out in his career.

"Yung mga pinakauna pa, ang sinasabing komento, 'Mukha kang kabayo,'" narrated the comedian.

"Nasasaktan ako kasi hindi ko natatanggap. Hanggang eventually, 'Oo nga, ano? Mukha pala akong kabayo," he said.

Vice also stated that at first, his hair was really long and that he was super payat.

When it came to a point that he finally accepted his fate, he was able to use the term to his advantage.

He was later known as Vice Kabayo, and even said that all his materials used at comedy bars pertained to horses.
