Charles "Chuck" Feeney, an 89-year-old philanthropist has fulfilled his wish before he died, and that was to give away his $8 billion fortune or more than 380 billion pesos.

Inquirer 's Ryan Arcadio reported that Feeney was the co-founder and airport retailer of Duty-Free Shoppers.
