Maureen Larrazabal, who previously revealed about getting positive for COVID-19, shared how Michael V. backs her in her battle with the viral diseases.
In a report by Unang Hirit's “Unang Balita” segment on September 7, the Kapuso actress and comedienne said she has been asymptomatic for one month.
Maureen then recently discussed in a "Chika Minute" report of 24 Oras that Bitoy and the rest of her "Pepito Manaloto" family help her strengthen her emotion to recover from the disease.
"Sila and si Ayoi, 'yung wife mismo ang tumatawag sa akin to tell me what to do, what to drink, how to deal with it. Every day, as in literal every day. Sila and also si Ms. Mosang of Pepito Manaloto, they call me every day, they comfort me every day, checking up on me every day."
In July, Michael V. announced that he has tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The comedian, also known as Bitoy, revealed this shocking news in his vlog uploaded on his YouTube channel.
Weeks after, he recovered to from said viral disease. Michael V. took to social media to send a heartfelt message to his beloved wife, Carol “Ayoi” Bunagan. He credited his wife to his recovery from COVID-19.
Michael V. is one of the most acclaimed male actors and comedians in the Philippines. In 2013, he won Best Comedy Actor at the prestigious PMPC Star Awards for Television. He also has a famous vlog on YouTube that has over a million subscribers.
