- Idol Raffy later found it ridiculous that a public apology was made but was not meant to be shared in public, because it loses the essence of a public apology

- At this juncture, Idol Raffy blew his top and got mad at his staff for not screening the complainants and the essence of their complaints thoroughly

Idol Raffy would always lend a hand to those who deserve his help. Sometimes though, there are those who would just "abuse" the program.

In one instance, he got mad because he felt that the program was being used to further personal interests.

A guy complained to the RTIA that his public apology was recorded and was posted online without his permission.

For Idol Raffy, a public apology is meant to be made public and the complaint should not have been entertained in the first place.

At this point, he got mad at his staff and got to curse out of his anger.
