Diego Castro found unconscious by man at restroom of grocery

- Actor Diego Castro was found unconscious by an unnamed man inside the restroom of a grocery

- The guy then took him to a safe area and seemed to also be the same person who contacted his wife on the phone

- His wife was even surprised and scared to receive a call from her husband's number but hearing a different voice at the end of the line

- They gave Diego some Gatorade and tried to revive him albeit the good samaritan who rescued him from the toilet could no longer be found

Stories of celebrities getting sick may not be novel anymore, take the case of veteran actor John Regala. Recently though, another actor Diego Castro was found unconscious in the restroom of a grocery.

According to his wife Angela Lagunzad, she received a call from her husband's number and was quite scared when she heard a different voice at the other end of the line.

When she arrived where her husband was, they tried to revive him and Diego was fortunate enough that he turned out okay.

She also said that the man did not take advantage of Diego as his cellphone and wallet were just on the floor and everything was intact.

"Feeling ko angel siya ni Diego," his wife said.

They would still be visiting the doctor to make sure that he was okay.
