Ynna Asistio flaunts 30-pound weight loss, from a whopping 160 lbs

- Ynna Asistio took to Instagram to share her weight-loss journey and how she was able to lose the extra pounds

- In May 2019, she posted a photo where she was obviously beyond her normal weight

- With hard work and discipline, she slowly lost the weight and showed slimmer and more defined facial features in May 2020

- She stuck to her routine and just this month, she flaunted her slimmer figure, at 130 lbs

Ynna Asistio may have just regained her self-confidence after that controversial "confession" video she made during the ECQ.

The young actress and singer posted her weight loss journey on Instagram and noted how she lost 30 pounds, from a whopping 160 lbs.

According to her post, she adhered to proper food, strict eating time, and exercise. Basically she noted her eating schedule as following intermittent fasting (IF).

She stuck with her strict routine for a year and the results are quite obvious. She confessed that she did not know nor expect that she would be able to pull off losing weight, but she did it.

Before lockdown, she already lost 15 lbs. During lockdown, she lost another 15 lbs. Finally, she did it and she's proud of her new weight of 130-lbs.

"Tip: I’m not sure if this will work for you too but I don’t enjoy eating carbs lalo na rice coz onserving my body for a year made me realize that my body isn’t compatible with other carbs like rice, pasta, bread etc. It makes me sooooo bloated! But I still eat on my cheat days or from time to time and also I dont drink anything cold in all sorts of liquid. Hahaha I know its weird but maybe it helped my body to adjust."
