- Luis Manzano recounted how his mother, the Star for All Seasons, tried to give him a normal life
- He recalled that the Batangas governor once made an attempt to give him a "normal" life by bringing him to the grocery
- However, things did not take a normal turn since they barely made it to about two meters from the entrance when someone readily recognized his mom
- Before the mall show became a stampede, his mom quickly made it back to the car and they ended up not even having their "grocery time"
Luis Manzano, during a vlog with Jessy Mendiola, recalled how his mother, the one and only Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos tried her best to give him a normal life.
The young six or 7-year-old Luis was brought by Vilma to the grocery.
However, about three steps inside the grocery, it became like a mall show.
They were not able to move forward. So the end result was Vilma pulling her son back to the vehicle.
"Ito ‘yung attempt ni Mommy na bigyan ako ng isang normal life. Nung bata ako, dinala niya ako sa grocery. Siguro mga six ako nito or seven years old para ma-experience na ‘yung mommy kasama ‘yung anak ‘di ba grocery?”
“Pagtapak pa lang naming – siguro mga tatlong tapak palang – parang mall show. Hindi na kami naka-forward."
Luis is really one lucky guy to have a mom like Ate Vi. He must surely be very proud of her.
Vilma Santos previously explained why she was supportive of ABS-CBN. She was from the start, a supporter of the network.
Luis also tried to explain why his mother voted for the Anti-Terror Bill. He just made public the text message of Ate Vi to him.
Luis Manzano is a Filipino actor. He is the son of Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano.
