Zanjoe Marudo and Bea Alonzo reunited?

Ex-lovers Zanjoe Marudo and Bea Alonzo have reunited for an event, but are they in good terms?

Earlier this year, Zanjoe Marudo and Bea Alonzo have ended their five-year relationship. The Tubig and Langis actor have admitted that they were having problems and they were trying to work things out but have failed to do so.

Bea Alonzo has remained silent on the issue, which has led many to believe that they are not in speaking terms. The two have gone on separate abroad trips to move on; Bea went to Japan while Zanjoe escaped to London and Paris.

The world is a small place as they say and the two will inevitably meet. The two were spotted in ABS-CBN’s Chief Operating Officer Cory Vidanes’ birthday party.

An ABS-CBN employee shared a photo of the two reuniting once again during that party.

Zanjoe has admitted that they are in good terms and are still communicating with each other via text. In a new interview, the actor has shared, “Masasabi kong okay naman kami. Kapag nagtetext kami, normal naman.” (I can say that we’re okay. When we’re texting, it’s normal.)

He has also shared that they have no problem in seeing each other randomly.

When asked about the possibility of getting back together, Zanjoe replied: “Sa ngayon, ewan ko. Hindi natin masasabi. Ang importante naman hindi kami magkaaway. Maraming puwedeng mangyari.” (For now, I don’t know. We can’t say for sure. The important thing is that we’re not fighting. A lot of things can happen.)

Zanjoe is unclear and unsure if he has already moved on. He said, “Hindi ko alam. Paano ba malalaman kung naka-move on? Pero happy ako ngayon kung anong nangyayari sa akin. Happy ako ngayon sa buhay ko. Iyon ang importante doon.” (I don’t know. How do I know if I’ve moved on? But I am happy now with what’s happening with me. I’m happy with my life now. That is what’s important there.)
