Asymptomatic patients are those who are positive of coronavirus, but they do not exhibit any symptoms.
In Olongapo City, a woman infected her 35-year-old husband and their 12-year-old daughter.
The two got infected around six days after the positive result of the wife.
According to Mayor Rolen Paulino, Jr., the case of the asymptomatic family raised the total cornavirus cases in the city to 37. They are stable right now but it is not yet certain where the woman got the virus.
The government faced problems when they imposed the initial community quarantine, which was elevated into enhanced community quarantine. It also suspended transportation causing massive problems with commuters.
Doctors have died after being infected by COVID-19. They are among the frontliners who attend to the patients rushing to hospitals amid pandemic. Frontliners also expressed their fears and the difficulties that they go through at the hospital especially with the ongoing crisis.
The COVID-19 outbreak started out in Wuhan, Hubei Province of China. Scientists believed that the virus came from an animal at one of Wuhan's wet markets.
