Robin Padilla took to social media to pen a commentary on the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

KAMI learned that Robin compared people’s lives in the province and life in the city amid the crisis in the Philippines.

According to the actor, city life is currently inferior to provincial life because people seem like prisoners due to the lockdowns.

However, he pointed out that “Mother Nature” has benefitted from the lockdown and that is why people should take better care of the environment from now on.

“Walang pinakamasarap at mainam kundi bumalik sa lupang sinilangan!
“Ang lupang kumopkup sa ating mga ninuno kung san nagmula ang bawat nating binhi. Napakapinagpala ng mga makababalik sa labas ng ating mga siyudad dahil sigurado ang pangpamilyang kabuhayan sa Probinsya basta makapagtanim ka at makisama sa kalikasan sigurado Mas tatagal kayo kesa sa mga nasa siyudad sa pakikipaglaban sa covid 19 virus dahil kakampi mo ang kalikasan at ang lawak non!
“Samantalang kaming nasa Siyudad ay parang nasa living out lang ng new bilibid prisons. Nasabi ko na parang nasa bilibid tayo dito sa siyudad dahil yun ang depinisyon ng pagkakulong ‘lockdown’ maging ano man yan Ecq, Mecq lahat na ng may salitang quarantine. God works in mysterious ways sabi nga sa wikang Inglis.Napakalaking pagbabago ang idinulot sa atin ng covid 19. Hindi naman papayagan ng Nag iisang Dios na mangyari ang lahat ng ito kung sa dulo ng lahat ng sakripisyo na ito ay hindi makabubuti sa sangkatauhan.
“Naniniwala ako dahil ang unang nakinabang sa sakripisyo ng tao sa lockdown ay ang kanyang Inang Kalikasan, nagbunyi, nagdiwang at nakapahinga ang Inang kalikasan sa pananalanta ng tao sa kanya.
“Hindi bat napakaliwanag na kailangan nating lahat magbalik loob sa Inangkalikasan sa lalong madaling panahon bago mahuli ang lahat at mamatay tayong lahat sa gutom at sakit dahil kapag tuluyang hindi nagapi ng buong mundo ang pagkalat at pagpatay ng covid 19 virus. Magkakaproblema tayo sa supply ng pagkain,” Robin posted on Instagram.
