- Ogie Diaz was among the first to hit back at Banat By, a vlogger and a known supporter of President Duterte
- The vlogger used the statement of veteran columnist, Lolit Soils, who took a swipe at Jennylyn Mercado for her opinions, telling her to choose her battles
- Banat By reposted the statement of Lolit and tagged K Brosas, Nikko Natividad, Angel Locsin and Jennylyn Mercado
- The manager of Liza Soberano made the perfect response to Banat By by saying, "Gusto ko banatan mo ang corruption sa PhilHealth"
Ogie Diaz took the cudgels for several celebrities who were tagged by Banat By as "laos," simply because they are very open at criticizing the President and the latter's administration.
When Lolit Solis took a swipe at Kapuso actress Jennylyn Mercado, Banat By used her post to hit back at known celeb critics of the President.
Banat By wrote:
"Ganun talaga mga artista pag laos na at need maging relevant. Meron naman tiktok at youtube eh. No need sumawsaw sa politics lalo na kung mahina ang logic. Dba @kbrosas @Hashtag_nikko13 @143redangel @MercadoJen ???"
To this, Ogie made the perfect response.
"Gusto ko banatan mo ang corruption sa Philhealth, Bro. Saka ask mo na din yung mga nagzu-zoom meeting kumbakit di nila ito tinatalakay."
Banat By also criticized ABS-CBN. When the shut down of ABS-CBN was carried out, Regine Velasquez expressed strong words over it. She said that after everything, they will come back better and brighter.
After this, Kim Chiu became viral because of her "Bawal Lumabas." The singer-actress also expressed sympathy towards the younger actress.
