A photo of a couple from Bacolod has gone viral after a netizen captured how they used banana leaves as a substitute for a motorcycle barrier.

The netizen, Lucky Domino, who took the photo and uploaded it on Facebook, then addressed the government.

She said that next time, if the government will implement something, or that it would be an additional requirement, hopefully, it would be given for free because not everyone can afford it.

The netizen said that the money for that additional requirement can still be used for food. She even added that it would be okay if people would just goo organic, referring to the couple who used banana leaves as barrier.
